'A Plea for Prayer'
Bart Hermer 'WE NEED GOD'S VOICE' Prayer is the most important thing you can do for Alessia and my family. "The purpose of prayer is to sensitize us to God's awesome capacity to help"... If the faith of a mustard seed can move a mountain, then certainly the faith and prayers (of hundreds) can move enormous obstacles. International Parental Kidnapping is a horrible evil that creates a darkness which dramatically effects the lives of children forever... - not to mention the lives of their left-behind parents and families; The words of the Psalms and the Prophets remind us that 'evil' has no power on its own. Its darkness gains its power from our 'fear' of it. In spite of the fear, if we unite in prayer and work together in faith, "with an even greater determination" as Nehemiah states above, then we can in essence create the 'Light of God.' In other words, each prayer is a ray of God's Light, and even a tiny 'mustard seed' of light can push away a 'mountain' of darkness... Together I pray we can one day stop this terrible evil and fill our children's world with nothing but light - Amen. So please, regardless of your faith, send a ray of light for Alessia and to the thousands of other children who have been wrongfully removed from their homes and families. My 'plea & prayer ' to the Media and our politicians in Washington: YOUR HONOUR: “I am not the primary victim here. The immediate victim(s) are my daughter ‘Alessia’; shared equally with more than “200,000 other American children abducted each year from the United States by the wrongful removal and/or retention of another parent.” Accordingly, I respectfully pray that the Honourable Court will not be immune to this growing epidemic, nor to the illustrated and profound effects that this foreign judgment, made extraterritorial to laws of the United States and obtained by fraud will have; not only on the lives of my family but, as I have already stated, on the hundreds of thousands of (God forbid) other families who will cite this case as ‘authority’ throughout history… one day this case will have a direct effect on them.” God Bless all of you and thank you for your prayers, Bart (and Alessia) |
Jeremiah 17:7-8
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, and whose confidence is in Him, for they will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green and has no worries in a year of drought and will never fail to bear its fruit.” |
